Starting a career in Denmark can feel overwhelming, especially when the hiring culture is different from what you’re used to. Maybe you’re unsure how to write a Danish CV, how to show motivation, or how to network in a way that feels natural.
Perhaps you’ve heard “it’s all about networking,” but you don’t know where to begin. Or maybe you simply want structure, guidance, and someone who understands your situation.
This course gives you the clarity, tools, and confidence to take the next step and a roadmap you can use long after the course ends.

What you will learn:
This course guides you through the essential elements of a successful job search in Denmark — built on experience from working with hundreds of internationals and grounded in what Danish companies actually look for.
Understand how the Danish job market works. We start with the mindset and foundation you need to search effectively, without burning out.
Learn how to research companies in a structured and efficient way, understand what to look for, and use your insights to tailor your CV, cover letter, and interview preparation. This is one of the most overlooked steps in the job search, and one of the most powerful.
Build a CV that stands out in Denmark. You’ll understand what to highlight, how to present your skills as an international, and how to create a document that makes sense to Danish recruiters, even if you’re applying for your first job here.
Write a targeted, genuine cover letter that communicates your motivation clearly and connects your profile to the company. You’ll learn the difference between the purpose of your CV and your cover letter, and how to use them together effectively.
Prepare confidently for Danish interviews. We’ll cover how to communicate your strengths, address concerns, show curiosity, and create dialogue, the behaviour Danish employers value most. You’ll also learn what to avoid and how to handle difficult questions.
Networking in Denmark does not have to feel awkward. You’ll learn where to begin, how to approach people (online and offline), how to follow up, and how to build relationships over time, even if you’re new to the country.
What is included:
Clear, practical teaching + time for questions.
Recordings are available (for a limited time) if you miss a session, though attending live is highly recommended for maximum value.
Short, focused assignments to help you apply what you learn and build momentum.
A dedicated space to ask questions, stay accountable, and connect with others in the same situation.

Designed with the 5-minute city principle, Nordhavn integrates housing, workspaces, public transit, and green areas within short walking distances. Its layered identity makes it a uniquely rich environment to explore, reflect on, and photograph.
