You have updated your LinkedIn profile, written an About section, added the roles, and connected with people in your field. You might even be posting.
And the people who make the hiring decisions still are not finding you.
Effort is not what is missing. What is missing is figuring out how to reach the right people.
That is what this evening is for. Two and a half hours at Zoku, on LinkedIn alone. I teach a piece, you apply it to your own profile, and at the same time, expand your network, both online and with the people in the room.
The three parts that carry the most weight. Your photo is saying something before anyone reads a word. Your headline decides whether someone clicks through or scrolls past. Your descriptions are where strong careers read as weak, written as duties rather than as results.
How to get seen. Being findable and being visible are two different jobs. What to do and how to keep it up alongside a job search.
Networking, on LinkedIn and in person. Who is worth reaching out to, what a first message needs to say, and how to follow up.
What it will not do. Two and a half hours is enough to point your profile in the right direction and to leave with the rest as a written plan. It is not long enough for a full rewrite.
