A Danish Job Search Intensive
Five days. Five skills. One week that changes how you show up in the Danish job market.
You have been applying. You have rewritten your CV more than once. You have sent cover letters that you genuinely put effort into. And still, the responses are thin or silent.
What's more likely: the Danish job market operates by a set of unwritten rules that no one handed you a guide to. What works in your home country, or what you learned in a general careers course, may not land the same way here. Not because your background is the problem. Because the format, the tone, the approach, and the networking culture here are specific, most people are left to figure that out alone.
This week is for the people who are done guessing.
Who Diana Is
Diana Lund Nordstrøm is a Career and Onboarding Consultant, Author, YouTuber, and Podcaster who spent two years unemployed after relocating to Denmark. She found work, rebuilt her career, and has since spent years helping internationals do the same, faster and with a clearer strategy. 75% of her clients get interviews within 12 weeks. Her work is grounded in what actually works in the Danish market, not generic job search advice.
What This Week Is
The Job Search Reset is a five-day live intensive built for internationals navigating the Danish job market. Each day covers one core skill. Each session runs 2.5 hours with Diana working through the content live with you, so you leave with real clarity and a stronger foundation to act on.
This is not a course you sit through and return to later. It is a working week. You show up, you engage, and by Friday, you have a job search that is structured, targeted, and grounded in how hiring actually works in Denmark.
The Week
Monday 24 August: Job Search Fundamentals - We start with strategy before anything else. You will look honestly at how you have been approaching the search, what the Danish market actually responds to, and how to build a job search that is focused rather than scattered. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Tuesday 25 August: CV - The Danish CV has a specific structure and a specific logic. On Tuesday, we work through exactly what that looks like, so you leave with the knowledge of how to build a structured CV that works in the Danish market. What to include, what to cut, and how to present your experience in a way that reads well to a Danish hiring manager.
Wednesday 26 August: Cover Letter - Cover letters in Denmark are shorter, more direct, and less formal than many people expect. Wednesday is about understanding that tone and learning how to write something that actually gets read. You will leave knowing how to write a cover letter that sounds like you, not like a template.
Thursday 27 August: Interview - Danish interview culture is different. The dynamic, the expectations, and the questions can catch people off guard if they have only prepared for interviews elsewhere. Thursday gives you a clear picture of what to expect and how to prepare in a way that feels natural rather than rehearsed.
Friday 28 August: Networking - Networking in Denmark is quiet, relational, and takes time. Friday is about building a realistic, sustainable approach to it. You will leave with a strategy you can actually follow through on, without it feeling forced or transactional.
