The guide is delivered digitally, immediately after payment: you download the PDF from the thank-you page. You can download it up to 10 times during the 10 days following your purchase, so save a copy of the file yourself — download links expire.
Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when buying at a distance. This purchase is an exception, and this is how it works: by ticking the box at checkout you give your express consent that delivery starts immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. In practice, the purchase cannot be refunded because you changed your mind.
